Ali Demircan is a Canadian business leader, strategic advisor, and community advocate with extensive experience in operations management, stakeholder engagement, public affairs, and international partnership development. He currently serves as President of the Federation of Canadian Turkish Associations (FCTA), one of the largest umbrella organizations representing the Turkish-Canadian community across Canada. In this role, he works closely with government officials, diplomatic missions, business leaders, and community organizations to strengthen international cooperation and civic engagement.

Professionally, Mr. Demircan has over 15 years of experience in operations, strategic communications, trust and safety, international trade, and project development. He has held leadership positions managing large-scale teams and complex stakeholder relationships within multinational organizations. His work focuses on building meaningful partnerships between public institutions, private sector organizations, and civil society actors, with a particular interest in economic development, education, youth empowerment, international cooperation, and investment facilitation.

Mr. Demircan is also recognized for his public service and community leadership. In recognition of his contributions to public safety advocacy and community engagement in Canada, he was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal. Through his leadership and international network, he continues to support initiatives that create sustainable partnerships, strengthen communities, and generate long-term social and economic impact.
