Nadeem Yusufaly, CPA, is a seasoned technology, operations, and business transformation executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience across cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and financial management. He has a proven track record of driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation for global organizations, leading high-performing teams and managing multimillion-dollar portfolios.

Currently serving as Vice President, Go-To-Market & Operations at Calian IT & Cyber Solutions, Nadeem leads strategic operations across Cloud, Data, and Cybersecurity business units. He has successfully implemented AI-enabled forecasting, analytics, and automation initiatives that enhance operational performance, revenue predictability, and executive decision-making. Prior to Calian, Nadeem served as Chief Revenue Officer at KMicro Tech Inc., where he directed global operations and enterprise service delivery across cloud and cybersecurity portfolios. His leadership contributed to significant improvements in forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer success through data-driven business strategies.

Nadeem spent over a decade with Microsoft Canada, holding senior leadership roles including Business Group Lead for Dynamics 365 and Senior Finance Manager. During his tenure, he led the expansion of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions, managed a $1.5 billion P&L portfolio, and supported Microsoft’s cloud transformation initiatives through strategic planning, financial governance, and operational excellence.

A graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Nadeem is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. His expertise spans cloud platforms, AI and automation, business intelligence, ERP and CRM systems, financial planning, operational strategy, and enterprise transformation. Throughout his career, Nadeem has consistently delivered measurable business outcomes, including scaling Microsoft-focused services practices beyond $50 million in annual revenue, improving profitability, and implementing innovative data-driven frameworks that support sustainable growth and organizational success.
